Bash Flicks Booking Policy

By booking with Bash Flicks, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment
Payment will be arranged by bash and settled/arranged in the communication phase. Payment is all up to the desertion of bash and will be honored by clients.

2. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the session for a refund. Cancellations within 48 hours, late arrivals beyond a grace period of 15 minutes, or no-shows are non-refundable. Refunds are not issued for style preferences, timing issues, or personal circumstances. Refunds are only granted if deemed appropriate by Bash Flicks.

3. Time Slot & Punctuality
Clients are expected to arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period applies; after this, Bash may leave, and no refund will be provided unless exceptional circumstances are determined by Bash Flicks. Sessions end at the agreed time regardless of client lateness.

4. Safety & Conduct
Bash Flicks reserves the right to leave a session immediately if he feels unsafe, harassed, or threatened. No refund will be given in such cases.

5. Rights & Ownership
Photos are co-owned by the client and Bash Flicks. The photographer retains copyright and may use images for marketing, portfolio, or promotional purposes. Special cases of confidentiality may be honored if requested with reasonable cause.

6. Attribution & Plagiarism
Clients may not claim Bash Flicks’ work as their own and in doing so may involve law enforcement. Proper credit is encouraged when sharing publicly but by no means is required.

7. Feedback & Reputation
Clients are welcome to give honest feedback. However, ongoing slander, harassment, or false misrepresentation of Bash Flicks is not permitted.

8. Delivery
Final photos are chosen and edited by Bash Flicks based on his professional judgment. Edited photos will be delivered digitally. Raw files are not included unless specifically requested before the shoot.

9. Damaging of Bash Flick's property 
If a client damages property owned by Bash, they are responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement, including purchasing a new item if necessary.

By booking a session with Bash Flicks, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms.
